Cee of Mentor 2 Fame explains why she left the music scene at the peak of her ministry + her new music release.

Gospel Musician Cee of Mentor 2 fame has disclosed why she left the music scene at the peak of her career some years ago.

A lot of people especially mothers have taken certain decisions just for the comfort of their children. Some have had to sacrifice something or put their lives on hold for their children. Cee the artist is an example of such mothers.

Cee in an interview with Ntiamoah Williams disclosed that she sacrificed her fame and music career for her children because of her bitter past life experiences. She said she never wanted her children to suffer her fate.

Cee revealed that this is one of the two reasons why she left her former record label Bandex and her music career to go settle abroad. According to the artist, she suffered as a child born into a poor home to being a school dropout and other bitter experiences.

Cee also used the opportunity to clear the air on her alleged rift between herself and former record label Bandex. According to her, she has no problems or misunderstandings with her former boss Bandex neither does she have any issues with her former colleagues.

Cee was part of the trio group made up of Great Ampong, Isaac, and Cee herself under the Bandex record label. Some popular songs of Cee are “D33d33de”, Kae Me, Kokooko, and many others. She was very popular in 2007 after she released her song “d33d33de” right after mentor 2 until she relocated to the States.

Cee has however resurfaced rebranding to Cee Music with her brand new gospel banger titled “Abuoden (Expensive)”.
